The three-row 2019 Honda Pilot is offered in five primary trims: LX, EX, EX-L, Touring, and Elite. Every trim is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque.

The first three trims are equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission while the Touring and Elite trims have a nine-speed automatic transmission. The Elite model only comes with all-wheel drive. The other trims are outfitted with standard front-wheel drive with AWD available as an option.
