What is covered under the Lifetime Powertrain Coverage?

What maintenance will I need to do?
No extra maintenance is required; simply follow the scheduled maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer. If I am out of town and I need maintenance performed elsewhere, does that voice my Lifetime Powertrain Coverage?
Absolutely not, but we recommend that you call the administrator of the program to get pre-authorization to make sure the repair facility you will be visiting is an approved ASE Certified shop.
If I have to get my vehicle repaired under the Lifetime Powertrain Coverage, do I have to get authorization before filing a claim?
Yes. You must call the administrator of the program to get pre-authorization before any work can be performed. If you fail to get authorization, your claim could be restricted or denied.
What's the catch?
There are no catches, hidden fees, or gimmicks! The Tom Wood Automotive Group provides this coverage as an added value to our customers for doing business with us. The only "catch" is that you have to buy your vehicle from our dealership group to qualify.
