It's not the worst

Best car we've ever owned

We actually own two S70's - a 1998 and a 2000. Got my 1998 14 years ago with 60K miles on it, now at 258K and going strong. There isn't a dot of rust on it, original muffler (with one patch). It has been through the mill of commuting through all conditions including snow, ice, sand and salt. It has hauled and towed all kinds of loads. It continues to be comfortable and thoroughly roadworthy. Yes, we have had a few repairs over the years, but none especially expensive - the normal stuff - timing belts, tires, sway bars, etc. It will probably be retired soon as we are not willing to do a fairly pricey AC repair and we just purchased a newer Volvo. It is just as comfortable as it was 200,000 miles ago when we bought it. - 5.0

very nice white paint, interior easy to clean, comfortable, no rattling. Plenty of vision. Quiet engine. Love the audio. really a timeless look with comfort for all.
