A/C System & Maintenance
Generating cold air requires several components that work together, including refrigerant, compressor, evaporator, lines, and hoses. Just like all mechanical systems, you're A/C is susceptible to wear and tear, with maintenance increasingly likely with higher miles. If you're A/C is not generating cool air on the coldest setting, we can fix the problem with an A/C system service.
A/C Inspection
Getting to the bottom of faulty air conditioning begins with an inspection. A certified technician will inspect the components to diagnose the cause. Faulty air conditioning can be caused by several components, including refrigerant, compressor, evaporator, or worn connections. The results of the inspection will guide what maintenance is needed to restore cold air production.
A/C Recharge
The air conditioning system uses pressurized refrigerant to generate cold air. One of the most common causes of faulty performance is low refrigerant. This is usually the result of refrigerant that has escaped from microscopic pores or damaged lines. We can recharge refrigerant as needed. We complete A/C recharge service with a computerized recharge station that adds the perfect amount of refrigerant to specifications.
Hose/Line Repair
Refrigerant needs to remain in a closed system. Damaged hoses, lines, or loose connections allow the refrigerant to escape. We can repair damaged hoses or lines using genuine OEM parts to restore A/C system integrity.
Compressor Repair/Replacement
The A/C compressor receives energy from the drive belt to pressurize refrigerant. A damaged bearing/pulley can be repaired. If the compressor has damages beyond repair, we can replace it with a genuine OEM part to specifications.
