There’s an old adage that says “looks can be deceiving.” We’re not sure that the 2016 Honda Fit was out when that phrase was coined, but it’s a perfectly apt description of this beloved vehicle. It’s not that the interior isn’t as stylish as the exterior, because it is, but more that you wouldn’t believe how much stuff you can fit into this seemingly petite vehicle. In fact, there’s as much as 52.7 cubic feet of cargo room in this featherweight vehicle, and yet you still get the handling and fuel economy that other small cars boast. It’s truly a win-win package, so make your way down to Tom Wood Honda today for a test drive!

The 2016 Honda Fit is available in four different trim levels: LX, EX, EX-L, and EX-L with Navigation. All trims come powered by the same engine, a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 130 hp and 114 lb-ft of torque. On the LX and EX trims, this engine comes standard paired with a six-speed manual transmission; the EX-L and EX-L with Navigation trims come standard with a continuously variable transmission (CVT).

When they’re considering purchasing a subcompact car, or any smaller vehicle for that matter, many of our customers express concern about safety. We’re pleased to say that you’ll have nothing to worry about behind the wheel of the 2016 Honda Fit. In addition to its sturdy frame, it also offers state of the art safety tech, like the available Honda LaneWatch system, which activates a camera on the right mirror when your turn signal is engaged to make sure you’re clear to change lanes.

Here’s another adage: big things come in small packages. Stop by our Honda dealership today for a test drive!
