It's only natural that when you deal in mass production, numbers tend to be the most tangible method of comprehension. But in all that math it's easy to lose sight of what really defines us. Our associates. We are much more than Honda's seventh North American auto assembly plant, we are individuals that together do great things on a massive scale. Soichiro Honda understood the importance of the individual when he founded the company all those years ago. His creed of Respect for the Individual still resonates clearly.
