The 2015 Honda Fit continues to impress.
During the SEMA Show earlier this month the Fit won the show's award as the 'Hottest Sport Compact.' Jeff Conrad, SVP & General Manager of Honda Division, American Honda Motor Co, Inc. said the Fit was, "Fun to drive, versatile and a great value, the new Fit does so many things right, and it's great to see it becoming a popular platform for owner personalization."
Automobile Magazine saw a lot of those similar features, and that's why the magazine listed the Fit as one of its 2014 All-Stars. The editors at Automobile Magazine pick 10 All-Stars and base their list on performance testing, feature evaluation and overall value analysis among other things.
"The Fit remains the benchmark for packaging, versatility and value in its segment," said Conrad to the magazine. "Automobile Magazine's recognition of the Honda Fit validates our ongoing efforts to deliver best-in-class vehicles for our customers, and our continued investment in North American manufacturing."
Honda is used to making the All-Star list as this win marks the 20th time a Honda has been listed. Previous Honda All-Stars include the Civic, Element, Prelude, Odyssey, Accord, and Ridgeline.
"We'd argue there isn't a better car on the road today starting under $20,000 than the Honda Fit," said Automobile editor-in-chief Mike Floyd. "It's fun to hustle around, especially when its updated engine is mated to its new six-speed manual. It's pulled off adding more rear seat and cargo area - all while decreasing its overall footprint. And it's available with more options and safety features than ever before. The Fit is still very much go, and it's a 2015 Automobile Magazine All-Star as a result."
